Due to the nature of our experiential products and custom printed journals, we maintain a strict No Return and No Refund policy. Once an order is placed and processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
In the rare event that you receive a physically damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hi.kaayaak@gmail.com with photos of the damage for a replacement.
